Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within Delhi-NCR.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
growinggreen.in currently ships to addresses within the Delhi-NCR region on regular basis. Although we have started accepting orders from rest of India, it may not be possible to serve all locations, especially if they are in southern regions of India or in remote locations. Please confirm delivery possibility before ordering by sending a mail at "growinggreen.in@gmail.com". Certain products may not be delivered in Maharashtra as it may not be possible to pack certain items without use of single use Polyethene and its derivatives. It may not be possible to ship certain Live Plant items as they are likely to get damaged in transit hence you may be required to pick such items up from our store at the following address:

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Some shipments may be hand delivered in which case no tracking ID would be provided, instead the contact details of delivery agent would be communicated.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
growinggreen.in is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
growinggreen.in is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. It is necessary to point out that Live Plants are likely to experience certain degree of damage due to various uncontrollable stresses during transportation. We can assure that best quality products are dispatched from our end and that utmost care is taken to prevent any damage or casualty to the plants, but that does not guarantee that the products received, particularly live plants are in the ideal condition. Some Live plants may recover upon taking proper care of the plant but some may not. growinggreen.in takes no reasonability in either case.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside of India.
